While the fam was here, we went down to Santa Cruz for a day on the beach (in Otober at that...what a great life)! Kyle wasn't able to come that day, but we all wished he could have. Here are some pics of the great day on the beach!

Lyxi is such a cute little girl.
Poor little Jaden dove off of a chair and broke his arm in 2 places. Because of this, he had to keep a plastic bag over his arm for the whole day to keep his cast dry. He was such a trooper though. It was so cute to watch him run away from the waves coming in. He loved it!
Austin had so much fun in the sand. He wrote his name in the sand, and we even buried him in the sand. He found a bunch of sea shells, and of course, kept all of them. He LOVED the ocean.
Taycie was so funny at the beach. For the first couple of hours, if she even got one tiny grain of sand on her hands, she would freak out and cry until it got rinsed off. What a girly girl. It was so stinkin' cute. After a couple of hours, she got used to the fact that the beach is a dirty place, and then she had a blast digging in the sand. Isn't she the cutest!
The beach trip to Santa Cruz was an instant success. We all had a blast playing in the waves and in the sand.
